With Tal I have clearly taken a step in my career both as an athlete and person. Since I started with Tal I have taken a  step forward, getting my best results at the Olympic level so far. It is not only my psychologist, is a colleague !, also someone I managed to connect quickly; FULL AND MAXIMUM ATTACK! ;)
I think the mind control part of an athlete is not the most important; of which more. If the head does not work; one will not perform anywhere near its peak and I think I could check in first person with Tal.
It has taught me to also think "outside the box", to see things with more perspective and objectivity and one of the most important things, help me adapt to different types of situations, whether in a regatta or in life itself, adapt and continue the way we want.
I am clear that I want Tal for my team, it is an important piece of this puzzle!
